Without a doubt, Shakeology was a game changer for me. To be honest, I was a little skeptical at first. I mean, why do I need a meal replacement shake to help me be healthier? After drinking it every day for a week, I was sold!

Shakeology played a major role in my original weight loss journey, and while the actual weight loss was great, the other "side effects" were even better! I used to get headaches at least once a week. Since drinking Shakeology, I don't get them anymore! It has helped to curb my over-the-top sweet tooth. It keeps me stay regular. My favorite flavor is the chocolate or the vegan chocolate. I had it for lunch every single day! I always blend it with water, a little bit of almond milk, ice, half a banana, two teaspoons of natural peanut butter, and some spinach (just because I stink at getting all of my veggies in.) SO YUMMY!
